This page explains how to request deletion of your PicklePop account and associated personal data, as required for our Google Play listing.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to hello@likewiseph.com.
2. Use the subject line: PicklePop Account Deletion Request.
3. Include:
   • The email address registered on your PicklePop account
   • Your display name (if known)
   • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete the account
4. We will verify ownership (we may reply asking you to confirm from the same email).
5. After verification, we process deletion within 30 days (usually sooner).

What data is deleted

When your account deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile (name, display name, email, phone, username, avatar)
• Login credentials and session tokens
• Push notification device tokens for your account
• Personal settings linked to your user ID
• Community posts/threads you authored (removed or anonymized)
• Player profile stats tied solely to your account where feasible

What may be retained (and for how long)

• Legal / fraud / dispute records — limited records may be kept up to 90 days (or longer if required by law).
• Aggregated analytics — non-identifying aggregated statistics may remain.
• Shared match / session history — scores or match records that other players still need for their history may be kept with your identity removed (e.g. shown as “Deleted user”).
• Subscription / payment proofs — may be retained as required for accounting or dispute resolution, then deleted or archived per our retention rules.

Request deletion of some data (keep your account)

You can ask us to delete specific personal data (for example a profile photo or phone number) without deleting your whole account.

1. Email hello@likewiseph.com.
2. Subject: PicklePop Partial Data Deletion.
3. List what you want removed and your registered email.

We will confirm what can be removed while keeping your account usable (email used for login may need to remain unless you fully delete the account).
