This Privacy Policy describes how PicklePop (“we”, “us”, “the App”), operated in connection with Likewise PH, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, display name, email, password (stored hashed), optional phone number, username, profile photo/avatar.
Usage & activity — open play sessions you join, queue and match activity, scores, venues you follow or manage, community posts/threads, and similar in-app actions.
Location — approximate or precise location only if you grant permission, used to help find nearby courts, venues, and open plays.
Device & notifications — device type, app version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens so we can send session and alert notifications.
Media you choose to upload — photos (e.g. profile or check-in selfies) and images saved to your gallery when you choose to save QR codes.
Payment-related information — if you apply for paid plans (e.g. Pro/Ultimate), we may process subscription status and payment proof you submit (such as GCash references). We do not sell your payment data.

2. How we use information

Provide and improve app features (open play, queue, live scoring, venues, community, tournaments).
Authenticate accounts and secure the service.
Send transactional and feature notifications (e.g. session updates, Up Next alerts).
Respond to support requests.
Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising ID for third-party ads in the current Play Store build.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the App:

Service providers — e.g. hosting, Firebase (push notifications), who process data on our instructions.
Other users — profile display name, avatar, and public community content you choose to share are visible to other players/organizers as part of the product.
Legal — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Permissions (device)

Camera — QR check-in / join flows; optional photos.
Location — find courts and open plays near you (optional).
Notifications — alerts about sessions and activity.
Photos / media — pick profile images; save QR images when you request it.

5. Retention & security

We retain account and activity data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operations, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We use HTTPS and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You may update profile information in the App.
You may deny optional permissions (location, camera, notifications); some features will be limited.
To request account or personal data deletion, see Delete account & data or email hello@likewiseph.com from your registered address.

7. Children

PicklePop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International processing

Data may be processed on servers in regions where we or our providers operate. By using the App you understand your information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
